• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery/purchase

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have original tags/packaging

• Store credit only rather than refunds to the original payment method

• Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or sent the wrong item

• Final sale: jewelry/earrings, hair accessories, beauty/self-care items, clearance/final-sale merchandise, and slippers for hygiene reasons

• Damaged/incorrect items should be reported within 3–5 days, ideally with photos
